Pricing, Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time (see bottom of page). The pricing and terms in effect at the time your session is booked will apply to that session. Because we’re busy taking pictures or editing (or at a soccer activity with the kids), updates to website might take a little longer. Please call to check on current photography rates.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment: A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance is due at the time of the scheduled session. Payment may be made securely through our designated online payment link.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to an additional $50 rescheduling fee. No-shows may forfeit the deposit and any payments already made.

Weather & Outdoor Sessions: Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions. The photographer will make the final determination regarding weather-related rescheduling. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by iCreate Art Studio will not result in the loss of your deposit.

Session Time: Session time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for photography. Additional time may be purchased at the listed hourly rate, when available.

Image Selection & Editing: Final images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion. RAW/unedited files are not provided. Editing requests outside the photographer’s standard editing process may be subject to an additional fee.

Digital Files: Digital images are delivered electronically through a private online gallery or download link. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files once delivered. iCreate Art Studio is not responsible for lost files after delivery.

Printing Rights: Included digital files come with personal printing rights unless otherwise stated. Images may not be sold, commercially reproduced, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Photography Rights: iCreate Art Studio retains the copyright to all photographs. Unless otherwise requested in writing, iCreate Art Studio reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
