How It Works:

Depending on your total sales, your organization can earn up to 50% of sales back.

Program Terms & Conditions — Last Updated: September 2026

iCreate Art Studio reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Fundraising Program, including pricing, fundraising percentages, sales requirements, and program terms. Any changes will apply to new fundraisers beginning after the effective date of the change and will not affect an active fundraiser that has already been approved and launched.

The participating organization’s fundraising percentage is provided as a rebate based on qualifying shirt sales. Customers pay the listed shirt price, and after the fundraiser concludes, iCreate Art Studio calculates the applicable rebate and returns the earned amount to the participating organization.

The fundraising rebate percentage is calculated on the net shirt price only. Sales tax, shipping charges, processing fees, discounts, and other applicable fees or collected charges are not included in the rebate calculation.

Order Forms, Payments & Fundraising Dates

All completed order forms and collected payments must be submitted to iCreate Art Studio no later than one (1) business day after the designated fundraising period ends. Orders received during the fundraising period will be included in the fundraiser and processed according to the stated delivery window.

Any order form or online order received after the designated fundraising period has ended will not count toward the organization’s fundraising sales or rebate. Such orders will be processed separately and may have a different or extended delivery timeline.

Distribution & Delivery

iCreate Art Studio is responsible for producing the completed fundraiser orders and delivering or shipping them according to the selected fulfillment method.

Fundraiser shirts will be delivered as one consolidated order to the designated coach, team representative, or organization contact. The coach or designated representative is responsible for distributing the shirts to the players/participants, who will then distribute them to the individuals who purchased them.

If a customer places an order directly through the online store and selects and pays for shipping, that order will be shipped directly to the customer during the designated delivery window.

Shirt Brand & Style Disclaimer

Fundraiser shirts are printed on blank apparel selected by iCreate Art Studio based on availability, size, color, and the needs of each fundraiser. Shirt brand, style, and color may vary within the same fundraiser based on sizing and inventory available at the time of production.
